BIGGEST TOE SPLIT EVER? REMOVAL OF EXTREME TOENAIL/LAST NAIL SURGERY IN MY OLD OFFICE :(

This was the last nail surgery I performed in my old office. Patient complaining of a painful, thickened toenail which has been bothering her for years. We decided to permanently remove the toenail because I told her I am leaving this office forever and never coming back, so it is only right that the toenail leaves and never comes back either. Seriously. No more toenail!
