Timm "The It Factor" Kitts caught Jesse Grindstaff in a triangle choke at 2:48 of round one and finished it clean.
Two minutes and forty-eight seconds. Kitts found the position, locked in the triangle, and got the tap — the same finish he landed against Tyler Bramlett three months earlier at 3FC 18. The triangle choke had become the weapon of choice and Grindstaff had no more answers for it than Bramlett did.
Two triangle choke finishes in the same year. That is a pattern. That is a fighter who knows exactly where he wants the fight to go and knows exactly what to do when he gets there.
This is fight number two of what the record books show as Timm Kitts's two professional wins. Both of them are triangle chokes. Both of them are in the first round. The It Factor found his finish and used it twice.
