It's been a journey but we're now on our Way - Marble Machine X #43

I love how this video title kind of contradict itself and probably makes zero sense language wise. Anyway, i blame the robot who put down the vocal track! This Morning when i assembled all the footage from the week i had 10 hours of footage. I had no clue what to do with it, how to get it down to 10 minutes or what to say. So instead i improvised this background track. that´s what we call PRO…

…CRASTINATION.

I am always saying how fast i am making these tracks - its important to me that you understand the difference between the music you hear here in wintergatan wednesdays that i spent 2 hours making and the music we will compose and produce with care and time for the upcoming releases. So, this was a fun Half tempo Daft Punk pastiche that actually communicated quite well what this week was all about in the world of MMX. I think i enjoy making these background tracks cause i have no filter, no perfectionism, i just say yes to all the first ideas. Win loose or draw to quote Ricky Gervais "Humanity".

I am waiting for a lot of exciting deliveries, steel frame and flywheel above all!m So i have to try to chip away on the parts that i can work on and that i already have all the material for. The goal today was to temporary jerry rig one channel to look at the release mechanisms. The bottom plastic tube is not representative at all for the final solution.

Thanks for all the support, we had 91 replies immediately on the last video before we closed the form, and i found a german youtuber, who will make the part. So for the speed of the MMX the test was an absoIute success, i wish i could incorporate each and every one who wants to contribute like this. I should have mentioned that we perhaps focus will be on makers from Europe for shipping ease and speed. Which is a shame cause US was the most prevalent geographical location of people who filled in the form.
