What does it mean to be part of a minority group and is this a truly realistic way to categorize an individual? In the following talk, Alice deconstructs these questions, and suggests that individuals are too unique to be labeled as "minorities." Alice Tang is a student from Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School who was moved to speak at TedEx to reflect on her own experiences as a minority. She is determined to help where she can to move the world closer to equality and understanding.
