How do you deal with obstacles? While learning to ride motorcycles, Christelle Cuenin developed a new perspective on how we view unexpected roadblocks in life. In this TEDx talk at Grenoble Ecole de Management, she recounts the time she fell - and failed - and how that taught her an invaluable lesson on approaching obstacles, managing them, and eventually turning them into achievements! Christelle Cuenin is a fundraiser and a public speaking coach. A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and of the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), she started her career in the Telecom industry and spent seven years managing International key accounts. In search of purpose, she transitioned to the Higher Education sector in 2011 and joined the Career Development Team at INSEAD, a leading global Business School. She coached MBA students looking for jobs in the Financial Industry sector for 5 years, and then became a Fundraiser for the Institution. In parallel, she gained extensive experience in public speaking through winning French and European speech contests and participating in improv battles.
