Convert a fluorescent tube fixture to LED

An LED replacement tube uses 22 watts, and appears just as bright as two, 40-watt old style fluorescent tubes. For the type of LED tube that I'm using, the ballast must be bypassed or removed. It a straightforward operation, and actually takes less time in real life than to watch this video.

NOTE: at 4:30, I leave ballast wires connected to the unpowered side of the tube. While this works with my model, check your particular model's instructions for wiring instructions. In particular, for LED tubes that can be powered from either side (the Euri brand tubes from Home Depot, for example), the side without power must be disconnected from everything (in this video, the yellow wires would need to be cut and capped).
