U.S. Government Inciting HATE With Horrific Government Gang Stalking - 5/15/2014

The U.S. Government Is daily inciting HATE against innocent citizens it is targeting with its horrific Government Gang Stalking Program. What they are doing in getting neighbors to UNREMITTINGLY HARASS citizens, in getting Neighborhood Watch Groups, First Responders, Security Guards to UNREMITTINGLY harass innocent citizens - is nothing less than a HATE CRIME.

Why did I take this video?
I took this video because I am being Gang Stalked by my neighbors. The Government Gang Stalking Tactic being used is Same Time Exit/Entry: I go out or into my house - a Neighbor Gang Stalker walks in front of or in back of my car backing out of my driveway or is pulling into or out of his/her driveway or walking in or out of their house at the same time.
I would like to emphasize I never say anyone in my videos is a Gang Stalker. I am not a mind reader. I don't know a person's intentions. All I hope to do is to share with you what I see to prompt an investigation into the Government Gang Stalking I have experienced 24/7 for 8 years.

Our Government has Suspicious Activity Reports where any sociopath neighbor can get together with Mobbing (Mobbing Causes, Consequences and Solutions by Maureen Duffy and Len Sperry) friends and "report" you/make up lies about you which are then databased in fusion centers and spread all over the U.S. And since Bush rescinded anti-COINTELPRO regulations, COINTELPRO is back using Government Gang Stalking.

Our Government did something similar to what it is doing today in a program that went on from 1956 to 1971 called COINTELPRO.

Solution to My Gang Stalking

1. Short term - Elect Cindy Sheehan Governor of California to Restore the Rule of Law.
2. Teach emotional intelligence in the public schools.
3. Have a more community based media - they are our air waves after all - that has in-depth discussions about the issues that separate Americans.
4. Adopt proportional representation - one representative for every 100,000 people to make government closer to the people/give them more control over it - this would also result in third parties getting proportional representation in the House of Representatives.
