Production began in 2009 and the DVD of the film is out of print after selling more than 6,000 copies. The success of the film was followed by two books, "Wisconsin Supper Clubs: an Old Fashioned Experience" (2013) and "Wisconsin Supper Clubs: Another Round" (2016).
