When a major third party video game publisher deigns to change its mandatory terms of use, the gaming community takes notice.

But while dripping in legalese, and with stylistic choices I would (most definitely) not recommend, the truth of Ubisoft's new Terms of Use document is not nearly as apocalyptic as some fear.

Contract interpretation is not for the faint of heart...in Virtual Legality.
