Lightly toasted bread with light mayo. Forgot to mention the light Mayo on the video. Surely you knew that, right?

The great tomato is key. Don't put Walmart tomatoes on your BLT. Not to brag, but here in WV, we have the BEST garden tomatoes for a month or two in the summer.

Forgot to do this in the video, but put a little salt and pepper on that tomato. Not too much though!
