The debate over policing reform continued in the House of Representatives on Thursday a head of their vote on the "George Floyd Justice in Policing Act".

According to many, Sen. Tim Scott's bill is empty and does not address Qualified immunity which is a non-starter for Democrats. Scott railed against Democrats blocking his bill from a vote.
